  • Reinstatement Fee: $90.00
  • Please note that license class names can vary by state.
  • Applications will defer to state for approval.

Applicant Can

  • Accepts adjuster for individuals electronically.
  • Print license electronically.

Applicant Cannot

  • Submit Adjuster Designated Home State (ADHS) electronically.

Business Rules

  • Applicants will be allowed to late renew electronically if the license is less than 30 days past expiration date and the line of authority has a status reason of expired.

  • Licenses expire the last day of the month in the licensee's birth month in the first year after issuance in which licensee's age is divisible by two (2). Therefore, individual's born in even numbered years renew their license on their birthday in the even numbered years and individuals born in odd numbered years renew their license on their birthday in the odd numbered years.

  • If applicant responds "yes" to one of the background questions please submit supporting documents electronically via NIPR's Attachments Warehouse. The documents may also be submitted to the state via mail, email, or fax.

Public Adjuster

Renewal Period: Ninety (90) days prior to expiration.

Late Renewal Period: Up to thirty (30) days after expiration date

Reinstatement Period: Thirty-one (31) days to one year past expiration.
