License Printing

Business Rules

Applicant must be at least eighteen (18) years old or older as determined from the applicant's date of birth.

Individual applicants must provide a residence or business address that is not in the state of Arkansas.

Canadian citizens cannot apply for a resident license electronically.

Applicant must provide a valid business email address.

Applicants must not have an active resident state license on PDB in any state.

In order for an applicant to apply or reinstate for an Adjuster license the applicant MUST NOT have an active resident adjuster license on PDB (in any state).

Background questions must all be answered "No".

If applicant responds "yes" to one of the background questions please submit supporting documents electronically via NIPR's Attachments Warehouse. The documents may also be submitted to the state via mail, email, or fax.

Non-citizens of United States must provide proof of work authorization to Arkansas.

All individual Adjusters must pass the required exam.

Applicants that have an inactive Arkansas license that has expired within the past one year will be referred to no Home State Renewals to reinstate the license.

Applicants cannot apply for new LOA's not previously held if the license has any reinstatable LOAs or if the license is active past the expiration date.

Arkansas requires affiliations.
