  • Submit Contact Change Request applications for any license on NIPR's Producer Database (PDB)
  • Submit Contact Change Request applications for Designated Home State licenses (no resident state license on PDB)
  • Submit changes to the business and resident email addresses.
  • Submit changes to the phone number.
  • Submit change to state code of residence address (Non-Resident Applicants)*
  • Submit change to state code of business address (Non-Resident Applicants)*
  • Submit change to state code of mailing address (Non-Resident Applicants)*

Applicant Cannot

  • Submit county information.
  • Submit change to state code of residence address (Resident Applicants)
  • Submit change to state code of business address (Resident Applicants)
  • Submit change to state code of mailing address (Resident Applicants)

Business Rules

  • Online license printing information can be found by going to NIPR's license print page and selecting the state.

  • P.O. Box is allowed for business or mailing address.

  • P.O. Box is not allowed for residence address.

  • Effective date is required and may not be in the future.

  • Applicant's Alabama license record must be in active status on PDB for a contact change request (CCR) transaction to be submitted.
