Applicant must provide both a valid business and personal email address.
The Adjuster Designated Home State (ADHS) selected must have an active non-resident adjuster license on the PDB.
In order for an applicant to designate a home state, the applicant must not have an active resident adjuster license on PDB (in any state).
If applicant holds only an active resident producer (non-adjuster) license in a state that licenses resident adjusters, they may not designate a home state. Resident adjuster license is required in that scenario.
The ADHS selected must be one of the states listed below.
- Florida - DHS License
- Indiana - DHS License
- Kentucky - Independent Adjuster License
- New Hampshire
- North Carolina
- Texas - DHS License
To designate the states of Florida, Indiana or Texas the applicant must hold the state specific DHS license type.
If applicant responds "yes" to one of the background questions please submit supporting documents electronically via NIPR's Attachments Warehouse.
