Applicants with a status reason of revoked or suspended may not late renew electronically.
Adjuster, consultant, life settlement broker, third party administrator, vehicle rental company, portable electronics, and self-service storage license do not require a Designated Responsible Licensed Producer (DRLP).
Producer applicants must provide at least one (1) Designated Responsible License Producer on the application.
All designated responsible producers must have an active producer license in Oregon as a resident or non-resident.
After late renewal period, applicant may reapply through Non-Resident Licensing.
Managing general agents, reinsurance intermediary broker and reinsurance intermediary managers must hold any active line of authority from the producer license class. If in late renewal and the producer lines of authority are not active, applicant must be renewing another producer line of authority simultaneously.
Third party administrator (TPA) applicants and consultant applicants must provide the E&O provider as well as the expiration date of the policy.
If applicant responds "yes" to one of the background questions please submit supporting documents electronically via NIPR's Attachments Warehouse. The documents may also be submitted to the state via mail, email, or fax. All other required documentation must be forwarded directly to the state.
