Applicant Cannot

Submit DHS contact change request (no resident state license on PDB)
Submit change to state code of residence address (Residents only)
Submit change to state code of business address (Residents only)

Business Rules

P.O. Boxes are not allowed for business or residence addresses.
P.O. Boxes are allowed for mailing addresses.
Applicant's Guam license record may be in any status on the PDB.
Individual – Resident licensees residence address must be in Guam
Individual – Non-Resident licensees residence address must not be in Guam
Business Entities - Resident Guam licensees must maintain a business address in Guam.
Business Entities - Non-Resident licensees business address must not be in Guam.
