Business Rules
- Delaware will allow late renewal of a license via Non-Resident Renewal Application if:
- License status is Active and license is past expiration date, up to 1 year past expiration date, OR
- License status is Cancelled with a status reason of “NON RENEWED / NOT CE COMPLIANT”, up to 1 year past expiration date

Otherwise, applicant will need to reinstate via Non-Resident Licensing Application.

If applicant responds "yes" to one of the background questions please submit supporting documents electronically via NIPR's Attachments Warehouse. The documents may also be submitted to the state via mail, email, or fax. All other required documentation must be forwarded directly to the state.
