NIPR
RELEASES 2008 ANNUAL REPORT
SAN DIEGO (March 14, 2009) — The National Insurance
Producer Registry (NIPR) released its 2008 Annual Report
highlighting the year’s progress in producer licensing. Notable
achievements include: the success of the Address Change Request
(ACR); price reductions; and the introduction of the Attachments
Warehouse.
“Our annual report reflects NIPR’s outstanding
successes over this past year,” said NIPR Executive Director
Maryellen Waggoner. “The dedication and support of the NIPR Board of
Directors continues to drive our vision of making the electronic
licensing process easier for all involved. With their support and
the combined teamwork of NAIC and NIPR staff, we are streamlining
the licensing process through technological innovation.”
Audited financial statements are a prominent
feature of the 2008 report.
