This is the home screen for the ROA application, where you will select what you want to do.

Indicator Definition
1 Add New Reporting of Actions - Click this button to add a new ROA.
2 Reporting of Actions table.
3 - Click to add a document to this ROA.
4 View Reporting of Action Details - Click on the link to view ROA's details. A new screen will display.
5 View/Download Document - Click on the link to download the document. A download window will open. To view the document details, click on the icon and a new screen will display.
6 Background Questions - A table displayed for your information only. You cannot add documents to this list. To upload documents supporting your Background Questions, go to Attachments Warehouse - BQSD.
7 Application Type - The application for which Background Question supporting documentation is provided.
8 Background Question Text - View the text of the background question for which supporting documentation is provided.
9 View/Download Document - Click on the link to download the document. A download window will open. To view the document details, click on the icon and a new screen will display.

 

To add a new Reporting of Actions, click and you will be taken to the next screen. For help with adding a new ROA, go to the New Reporting of Action's Entry help page.

Note: You will not be able to delete or update documents once they have been submitted.

Note: If you accidentally uploaded a document to the BQSD instead of the ROA application, you will still be able to attach that document to your Reporting of Actions by selecting to attach an Existing Document on the New Reporting of Action's Entry.
