This is the home screen for the BQSD application, where you will select what you want to do.

Indicator Definition
1 Add New Document - Click this button to add a new document.
2 Background Questions table.
3 Application Type - The application for which the Background Question supporting documentation is provided.
4 In Response to - The background question number to which the document is linked.
5 Link to Document - Click the link to view the attachment details.
6 Reporting of Actions - Table displayed for your information only.
7 Application Type.
8 In Response to - Click the link to view the details of ROA.
9 Link to Document - Click the link to view the attachment details.

 

To add a new document, click and you will be taken to the next screen. For help with adding a new document, go to the Add New Document help page.

Note: You will not be able to delete or update documents once they have been submitted.

Note: If you accidentally uploaded a document to the ROA instead of the BQSD, you can easily reassociate it. To do so, click on the link to the document, select the Background Questions you would like to associate this document to, and click Update.
